Submit Complaint      

Please bear the following in mind, before submitting your complaint:

• We are a non-profit organisation.
• We cannot pay you for the information you provide.
• Any income we get from working with information is channelled into furthering realisation of our project objectives and goal.
• We do all we can to verify the accuracy of the data that comes to us.
• We need to carefully consider the full costs of acting on your complaint and may ask you to arrange funding or sponsorship before proceeding.

How to Submit Complaint:

3) Send by Mail: c/o Public Utilities Project, EITD Research, P.O. Box 168 Kumba, South West Province, Cameroon.

4) Bring to the following Offices:

i) If you are around the Central Market in Kumba, take your complaint to PENS LAW FIRM, Opposite the Central Market Main Gate, Kumba.

ii) At, EITD Research, Off-CCAS Junction, Buea Road, Kumba.
